Customize a unique brass mold to write down every important moment for you. In addition to customizable content and size, it can also be hand-engraved with the handle; suitable for leather engraving and hot stamping, wedding invitation fire lacquer seals, etc., the effect is ideal regardless of manual printing or hot stamping:)

Pattern size: about 50mm x 20mm
-Ascending letter height: about 3mm to 17mm, depending on individual letters
-Middle line letter height: about 2mm
-Height of descending letter: about 1mm
About brass mold:
-It is made of 7mm thick brass material with M5 screw drill holes, making it easier to engrave by hand!
-Suitable for hot stamping with hot stamping machine or with handle;
-If you need to use it with the handle, it is only suitable for vegetable tanned leather / tree ointment leather;-About the handle: stainless steel casting, durable material, convenient to purchase various molds in the future :)

-Upper line content: 2 lower case letters
-Middle line content: about 13 capital letters/symbols/digits (a space is counted as 1 letter)

-Downstream content: about 8 capital letters/symbols/digits (a space is counted as 1 letter)
(Example: 20.05.2020) Note: "・" does not occupy space
2. Copper mold embossing position (only suitable for engraving service required at the same time)
-If there is no remark engraving position, the designer will choose the best position for you, no objection;
-The copper mold (and handle) will be delivered together with the material package or finished product;
3. Before production, the pictures will be sent to the customer for confirmation. Once confirmed, no changes will be accepted;4. Time required for production: about 7-10 working days after the drawings are confirmed
Brass mold maintenance:
-Brass oxidizes over time, and black spots on the surface of "brass rust" are normal;
-It is recommended to prevent copper tools from getting in contact with water, and regularly use a soft cloth to wipe the mold surface for maintenance;
-After each wiping, store the mold in a sealed zipper bag to avoid contact with air to prevent oxidation of the brass :)
Precautions
- The color shown in the photo may vary. Please refer to the actual product for actual color;
- Leather is a natural material. Variations such as growth patterns, insect spots, and uneven color are normal;
- Vegetable tanned leather naturally changes over time depending on the environment and frequency of use. To maintain its appearance and condition, it is recommended to regularly apply leather specific cleaner and mink oil after completion;
- This product contains small parts and sharp objects. It is NOT suitable for children under six years old. Children aged six to twelve must use it under adult supervision and handle it with care.
