A. Please select your desired leather color. Thread colors are generally available in off-white or black (for black leather), or based on the product shot. If you have a specific thread color, please specify it in the Remarks section.

Q. Does the [包剪揼] Leather Pattern Series include leather materials and tools?

A. Leather patterns do not include leather materials, accessories, or tools.

 

Q. How can I register with Leatherism membership (in-store only)?

A. With any purchase of HK$500 or more of any material package or designated tool accessories (excluding cut leather scrap and workshop ) in our store, you can register with membership and instantly earn points. HK$1 equals 1 point, and 500 points accumulated can be used as HK$50 (for spending of HK$100 or more).

Q. What is the [好好縫] kit? What tools do I need to sew? A. Each [好好縫] kit comes with pre-cut and perforated leather, needle and thread. With the instruction manual and tutorial video, you can easily create a variety of leather items. For sewing, you can bring tools such as white glue, all-purpose glue (for kits with film), scissors, and a lighter.

Q.  Regarding the leather in the ［好好縫］ kit, why do the seam holes face opposite directions when sewing the leather bottoms together?

 

A. This is due to our unique "cross-hole" stitching design, which creates a more aesthetically pleasing seam.

 

Q. If the leather product in the kit has a photo/ID slot, how should I attach the transparent film to the leather?

A. Use all-purpose glue to attach the film to the leather; do not use AA glue. You can also purchase KONISHI G17 water-based all-purpose glue online. This can be used to attach the film to the leather.

Q. How do I trim the leather edges after sewing?

A. To achieve a neater edge, we recommend using a kit of trimming tools (including a bed top coat, white glue, and sandpaper) to bond and polish the edges.

 

Q. What kind of leather is used for our products?

A. We use high-quality vegetable-tanned cowhide from Italy, France, and worldwide. Tanned with tannin and other plant-derived ingredients, this preserves the leather's natural grain and luster, and offers high plasticity, making it suitable for crafting a variety of leather goods.
