$198 for the first 3 hours, $78 per hour thereafter (less than 1 hour is counted as 1 hour)

4. Reference for workshop appointment hours:
-Card holders, loose paper bags, keychains, etc.: about 1-3 hours
-Short wallets, passport holders, small bags, etc.: about 4-6 hours
-Long wallets, large bags, etc.: 6-8 hours or more
